How My Online Classes Work
Many people think online yoga means following a generic video, but my sessions are different. We treat this as a live, interactive space. Whether you are in Gurgaon or anywhere else, I watch your form through your camera feed, giving you the same focus as an in-studio private class.
The 'Ek-Ek Part' Method
Hum body ke ek-ek part ko le kar ke uspe work karte hain (We work on every part of the body). If you struggle with handstands or deep backbends, we don't just force the pose. We look at the strength, the stiffness, and the alignment. We use common household items—like walls, chairs, or doors—as props to safely help you get into positions that usually require studio equipment. My classes are structured to give you a disciplined schedule, with 12 sessions per month to keep your practice consistent.
