The final, transformative leg of our 300-hour teacher training. We move from the studio to the banks of the Ganges for deep practice, traditional rituals, and a true connection to the roots of yoga.

The journey culminates here. Our students in Rishikesh, celebrating the completion of their training and receiving their Yoga Alliance certified credentials.

Day 3 in Rishikesh was all about diving into pranayama. Practicing by the Ganges, we learn to sync our breath with the river's ancient rhythm.

Exploring the balance between effort and ease in our asana practice during our Rishikesh retreat. The sacred environment helps shape us into more mindful teachers.

The journey begins. Our students travel to Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world, for the final, immersive part of their teacher training.

Who said yoga can't be a party? Building our own human cycle on the sands of the Ganges. Playfulness is a vital part of our community.

A moment of deep connection with nature. Students sit in the holy Ganges for a guided chakra meditation, feeling the cleansing energy of the water.

Chanting the sacred Beej Mantras for chakra activation on the banks of the Ganges. This practice helps align the body's energy centers.

About this collection

The Rishikesh module is where the theory you learned in our Gurgaon studio becomes personal experience. You are not just sitting in a classroom; you are practicing Shavasana as the Ganges flows beside you and learning the weight of ancient philosophy through daily Havan rituals. It is the part of the course where the student mindset starts to shift into the teacher mindset because the distractions of city life are replaced by the silence of the mountains.

Transitioning from six weeks of intense studio work, our final 5-day residential immersion is designed to help you integrate everything you have learned. We stay in an ashram-style venue, keeping the environment simple so the focus stays entirely on your practice.

Why Rishikesh?

This isn't just a trip; it is an immersion. The environment provides a natural setting for Shatkarmas (cleansing) and the deep philosophical discussions that require a break from the noise of daily life. This is where we hold our Vedic Havan and the final certification ceremony—a traditional passing of the torch. Days start early, moving away from asana-only focus into pranayama, chakra meditation on the ghats, and nature walks that help you reconnect.

What to Expect

We handle the logistics so you can focus on your sadhana (practice). Round-trip transport from Gurgaon is included, and meals are strictly Satvik, prepared to support your cleansing process during the retreat. By the time you return, you aren’t just a certified Yoga Alliance teacher; you have lived the lifestyle you are now prepared to teach.

Certification & Credentials

Upon completion, you receive your Yoga Alliance International certification. This course is for those who want to go deeper—not just to teach, but to live yoga. If you are ready for serious growth, the path leads through the Ganges.

I believe yoga is an inner shift, not just a certificate you hang on a wall. In Rishikesh, I step away from the role of instructor and into the role of a guide, showing you how to find stillness by the Ganges just as easily as you do in a studio in Gurgaon.
