About this collection

We believe advanced asanas should never be forced. In our clinic, you will not just see difficult postures, you will learn the precise mechanics behind them. We focus on how to use blocks, straps, and Iyengar wall ropes to create space in your body, ensuring you build strength without risking injury. Whether you are prepping for a teaching certification or deepening your personal practice, you get hands-on support to understand your specific anatomical limits.

Mastering advanced asanas is a process of intelligence, not just effort. We look beyond the surface of a pose to understand why it might feel stuck, providing the tactile adjustments needed to release tension. This is a critical part of our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, where we prepare you to teach others with the same level of care.

We utilize props like yoga wheels, blocks, and Iyengar-inspired wall ropes to allow you to safely access deep stretches in backbends or arm balances. This approach bridges the gap between where you are and where you want to be, without the risk of overextension.

You will learn to integrate partner work to build trust and leverage external support. We also emphasize that advanced practice must be balanced. For every deep backbend, we guide you through counter-poses to protect your spine. It is a deliberate process where you learn the anatomy of your own body. If you are struggling with a specific pose or want to learn how to guide students safely, join us at our Gurugram studios to refine your technique and expand your understanding of yogic movement.
