The Rishikesh Immersion
The final part of our 300-hour YTTC culminates in a transformative retreat in Rishikesh. We take our practice to the banks of the holy Ganges for deep philosophical discussions, meditation, and connecting with the source of yoga.
Advanced Asana & Adjustment Clinic
Our training focuses heavily on the art of teaching, including how to safely adjust students and use props like blocks, straps, and wheels. We provide hands-on guidance to help you master advanced postures and understand their alignment.
Beyond the Mat: Philosophy, Meditation & Ritual
This course is an *andar ka badlav* (inner change), with a solid focus on yogic philosophy, meditation, and traditional rituals. We begin our journey with a sacred Havan ceremony and delve into the Yoga Sutras, the eight limbs, and the paths of Karma, Bhakti, and Gyan Yog.
Yogic Cleansing (Shatkarma)
We go beyond theory and guide you through practical experience of traditional Shatkarmas for deep purification. You will learn and practice techniques like Jal Neti (nasal cleansing with water) and Sutra Neti (with a rubber catheter) under expert supervision.
Our Kula: Community & Celebration
This journey is not meant to be taken alone. We build a strong, supportive community (Kula) through partner yoga, talent rounds, dance, and shared community meals (bhandara), celebrating every step of our collective growth.
