Yoga Teacher Training in Delhi: Become a Certified Instructor

In our teacher training, you learn how to assist and support others. This partner-assisted backbend is a powerful way to understand anatomy and alignment while building trust and connection with fellow students.

This is the Ashtanga Vinyasa Sun Salutation B, a foundational sequence we master in our training. I explain how focusing on the *drishti* (gaze point) enhances concentration, builds strength, and improves cardiovascular health.

Our teacher training course is for everyone, whether you want to teach or simply deepen your own practice. Here, students use wall ropes to explore backbends, building spinal flexibility and confidence in a supportive group setting.

Advanced practice is a key component of our YTTC. Students learn to safely attempt and teach complex poses like wall-assisted inversions and deep backbends using props like chairs and straps for support.

Learning Aerial Yoga is a fun and challenging part of our teacher training. Here, students are getting familiar with the silks, learning the fundamental wraps and grips with guidance from our instructors.
