Get a glimpse of the daily grind at our Saket academy. From technical grappling to explosive strength workouts, this is where we build fighters and sharpen skills.

This is where the chess match begins. We start on the feet, fight for position, and take the battle to the ground. This sequence shows a complete grappling exchange, from the initial engagement to establishing control on the mat.

Skill, grit, and the will to keep rolling. Watch a dynamic flow from a takedown attempt into a sweep and a submission hunt. This is what our No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu sessions are all about, constant movement and smart transitions.

To dominate on the mat, you need explosive power. This is a look at how we build fight-ready strength with specialized workouts, including tempo sumo deadlifts, landmine presses, and rotational kettlebell swings designed for grapplers.

It's never too early to become a warrior. We build discipline and confidence in our younger members with foundational strength circuits, including Russian twists, V-ups, and leg raises to develop a strong core for grappling.

Movement is medicine for a fighter. Here, our team works through a series of mobility drills, building the rhythm, control, and strength needed to flow and transition smoothly during a roll.

This is our tribe. A group of dedicated warriors after a tough session, united by the grind. We push each other to be better every single day.

The hard work pays off. Here we are celebrating one of our team members after they dominated on the mats and brought home a win for the academy. We train to compete and succeed.

Welcome to our home. Take a quick tour of the Art of Defense MMA Academy, the place where we forge fighters. You can see our matted training space, strength and conditioning area, and the tools we use to get fight-ready.

About Featured

You do not need to invest in expensive gear to get started on our mats. We focus on No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, which means you only need comfortable athletic shorts and a rash guard to begin training, allowing you to focus entirely on learning the movements rather than fussing over a Kimono.
