No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu: The Ground Game
Leave the heavy uniforms behind. In our No-Gi sessions, it is just you, a rash guard, and the technique. We drill everything from foundational escapes to high-level leg locks on our specialized mat flooring in Saket.
This is the flow state in our No-Gi grind. Here, a student works to pass the guard, focusing on pressure and maintaining a dominant top position, a key principle in our jiu-jitsu training.
A clear demonstration of controlling an opponent from the top. Notice the focus on securing the position before looking for any submission, a core concept we teach all our grapplers.
See a beautiful sequence of transitions on the mat. This clip shows a flow from a side guard attack to an armbar, followed by a technical escape and a counter-armbar attempt.
Details make the difference. This drill breaks down how to use an elbow to create an opening for an underhook from the bottom half guard, leading to a back take or a sweep.
This is where the chess match begins. We start on the feet, fight for position, and take the battle to the ground. This sequence shows a complete grappling exchange, from the initial engagement to establishing control on the mat.
The mat doesn't lie. This is a live rolling session where two grapplers test their skills, moving through different positions like side control and guard in a continuous, strategic exchange.
A tough spot on the mat. One of our grapplers is working to set up a triangle choke from the bottom, showcasing the offensive possibilities even from a defensive position.
A dynamic scramble during a No-Gi roll. Both fighters are vying for a superior position in a fast-paced exchange, a common sight in our advanced grappling classes.

This is the controlled chaos of a BJJ scramble. Watch as our students transition between guard passing, leg lock entries, and defensive postures in a high-paced No-Gi roll.
About No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu: The Ground Game
The best part about No-Gi here is the freedom of movement. We skip the expensive Kimono requirement, letting you focus entirely on your mechanics and positional control. Whether you are aiming to refine your guard pass or looking to drill leg lock entries safely, our classes focus on the technical details that actually work during a live roll.
Our approach is simple: your ego gets checked at the door. We prioritize position before submission, meaning you learn to control an opponent before hunting for the finish. Our weekly schedule balances No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu with wrestling, ensuring you are comfortable from the feet all the way to the mat. We train on 30mm interlocking puzzle mats, designed for intense takedowns while keeping you safe.
Why focus on No-Gi? It forces you to rely on technique rather than grips, making your game much sharper. You will learn to move dynamically, use underhooks to set up back takes, and escape from tight side control positions. If you are training for MMA, these sessions are critical. We keep it consistent, with coaches pushing you to drill these sequences until they become muscle memory. We are not about quick wins; we are about building long-term skill in a community that holds you accountable. If you have never rolled before, don't worry. We have beginners starting every week, and the energy on the mat is always welcoming.
