About Combat Conditioning
We do not lift just to look good. Our conditioning sessions focus on explosive hip drive, core stability, and grip strength that transfers directly to your MMA game. Whether you are hitting tractor tires with a sledgehammer or doing landmine presses, every movement is designed to make you a more resilient fighter on the mat.
In the fight world, strength is useless without endurance and control. Our conditioning program is integrated into our training, utilizing tools like kettlebells, battle ropes, and pull-up bars to build a body that can handle hard rounds.
We emphasize functional training that mimics real-world scenarios. If you are learning to sprawl or shoot for a takedown, you need a body that knows how to generate force from awkward angles. That is why you will see our students moving tractor tires and performing animal flow warm-ups. It is about mobility, injury prevention, and building that 'fight gas tank' so you do not gas out when it counts.
Training with us in our Saket basement facility means you are in a dedicated space. We do not use machines. We use grit and raw tools to develop the kind of power that translates to the cage or the mat.
