A look at what we do at Omjiujitsu. Whether you're starting from zero or looking to sharpen your striking and ground skills, this is what showing up every day looks like.

This is my philosophy in action. There are no shortcuts to becoming stronger, smarter, and faster. It’s about showing up, putting in the work, and moving forward one step at a time. This clip shows a mix of shadow boxing, heavy bag work, and conditioning drills that build a complete fighter.

Grappling is the core of what we do. Here, I'm demonstrating a hip toss, a fundamental wrestling technique that is crucial for controlling an opponent in MMA and self-defense situations. Understanding how to transition from standing to the ground is a game changer.

This is what our striking sessions look like. We focus on clean technique and power in our boxing and Muay Thai pad work. Here, a student practices combinations, moving from punches into clinch work, which is essential for MMA.

Technique is nothing without the engine to power it. This is a glimpse into our MMA circuit training, featuring barbell lifts, sledgehammer slams on the tire, and bodyweight exercises like pull-ups. This is how we build real, functional strength and endurance.

Our gym is for everyone. This is a part of our team, from young kids just starting their journey to experienced adults, all training together. We are a family that supports and pushes each other to be better.

This is what our training is for: practical self-defense. This image is from a video where I break down how to escape a ground choke and apply an armbar. These are life-saving skills, especially for women's safety.

Meet my best training partner, Moti. He makes sure our sessions are always full of energy and fun. This shows the friendly, family-like atmosphere of our gym. We work hard, but we also know how to laugh.

About Featured

Real progress in the ring or on the mat doesn't come from quick fixes or easy hacks. At my academy, we focus on the basics: clean striking mechanics, consistent conditioning, and ground control that actually holds up under pressure. You won’t find any fluff here, just honest work on the mats and a community that pushes you to be better.
