Balance is a form of strength. We incorporate elements of yoga and balance drills, like the tree pose and headstands, to improve body awareness, focus, and core stability.

The work isn't over when the rolling stops. We finish our sessions with dedicated stretching to improve flexibility, aid recovery, and prevent injuries, ensuring our warriors stay healthy for the next grind.

About Mobility & Foundational Drills
