This is where the Saturday grind happens. It is the most intense session of the week, where you test your technical BJJ drills against live resistance. Expect to be humbled, but also expect to walk away knowing exactly where your guard retention needs work.

We don't offer shortcuts. If life gives you an easy option and a hard one, we pick the hard one every single time. That is where real confidence comes from. At Crosstrain, you aren't joining a fitness studio; you are joining a fight club.

Whether you are training for an MMA debut or just starting your journey with breakfalls, our system is built for the battlefield. We focus on the 80% that actually wins fights: guard retention, guard passing, and pressure.

Our curriculum is systematic. You will train in the Gi for the classic, technical chess-match experience, and switch to No-Gi to develop the speed and body mechanics needed for MMA.

Our community is a mix of everyone: designers, students, office professionals, and full-time pro-athletes. We train out of Sainik Farm, Faridabad, Siri Fort, and Noida, with the same raw intensity at every location. Expect functional mats, high-velocity wall fans, and coaches who will break down a movement until it becomes instinct. You will be tired, you might get frustrated, but you won't quit.
