MMA and Grappling Training in Delhi
We build fighters from the ground up, whether you are a complete beginner or training for the ring. No machines, just hard work and team support.
I believe in breaking things down to the absolute basics. Here, I am demonstrating a fundamental BJJ technique for escaping the mount position, explaining how to use knee pressure and hip movement to create space. We start from zero so you build a solid foundation for your ground game.
This is what our training leads to. Watch one of our young fighters, Devan, secure a win with an armbar submission at the Delhi State Open MMA Championship. We don't just practice moves; we train to apply them effectively in a real competitive environment.
Your ground game is only as good as your conditioning. This is a look at our high-intensity wrestling drills, focusing on explosive movements like sprawls, rolls, and cartwheels to build the speed and agility needed to dominate on the mat. No rest days.
The strength of our club is our team. This is a moment of celebration with the entire squad after the Knockout Inter-Club MMA & Grappling Championship. We train hard together and we win together.
A complete fighter is comfortable everywhere. In this drill, we integrate shadow boxing footwork with explosive wrestling sprawls. This builds the muscle memory to seamlessly transition from striking to defending takedowns.
About Featured
At our gym, we do not rely on fancy machines. We focus on high-repetition drills that build muscle memory for real-world scenarios. Whether it is perfecting your sprawl to avoid a takedown or mastering a mount escape, we break every movement down to the basics. If you are struggling with a position, we stop, correct your hip movement or hand placement right there, and drill it until it clicks. You learn to solve problems in the cage, not just memorize steps.
Real fights often end up on the ground, and that is where we do our most important work. We teach a practical blend of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and wrestling, ensuring you know how to escape bad positions, control your opponent, and finish the fight. You will learn technical basics like how to properly frame, hip escape, and apply pressure. If you are a beginner, we start from zero, helping you understand body mechanics so you do not just survive, but control the situation.
Our training environment is defined by a 'no excuses' culture. In our Mukherjee Nagar facility, beginners train alongside state-level champions. We do not have space for big egos. We have a shared responsibility to push each other, which is why our Sunday Jiu-Jitsu sessions are so intense. Whether you are here for self-defense, fitness, or to prepare for the Delhi State Open MMA Championship, the approach is the same: consistency and technique.
We structure our classes to include shadow boxing, wrestling drills, and supervised sparring. You will get comfortable transitioning from striking to grappling seamlessly. It is not just about the intensity, but the technical correction. We fix the minute details like hooks placement and neck pressure. When you join our team, you become part of a family that supports you inside and outside the ring, just like we did when our own coach was injured. If you are ready to put in the work, come see us on the mat.
