At Art of Defense, we know that a true fighter needs more than one weapon. While our roots are in grappling, we operate as a full-spectrum MMA academy in Saket, Delhi. We do not believe in specializing in one area at the expense of others.
Our classes are designed to bridge the gaps between disciplines. When you train with us, you are not just hitting pads. We offer a structured 6-day schedule, allowing you to rotate between striking and grappling to develop a rhythm that works for you. Consistency is the only requirement.
