Weekend Shatkarma Detox Workshop
Cleansing Techniques

Our Approach
At Amritam Yoga, I see yoga as a lot more than just stretching or bending. I blend physical postures with the wisdom of Ayurveda, focusing on asana, aahar (right food), and nidra (restful sleep). I believe in slow and steady effort - not rushing or pushing too hard. Like I often say, "Fasal baarish se ugti hai, baadh se nahi" (Crops grow from gentle rain, not floods).
What Happens in Class
- Daily sessions available in-person in Noida or live online.
- Mix of energizing, balancing, and calming asanas.
- Props like blocks and ropes used sometimes for safer, deeper practice.
- Calm, spiritual vibe so you can switch off from the world and just be.
- Classes suit everyone - beginners, old hands, all ages, all fitness levels. I always offer modifications if you need.
Special Focus Areas
- Mindful weight management program, separate from regular classes, for those keen to lose weight naturally.
- Guided relaxation techniques including meditation and Yog Nidra for sleep improvement and mental calm.
- Body purification workshops (Shatkarma) held over weekends, teaching traditional cleansing practices like Jal Neti and Kunjal Kriya - good for sinus issues, migraines, stress, acidity.

My Story
Hari Om. Hum Amritam Yog Foundation hain, ek parivar jaisa. Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam - poori dharti ek parivaar hai, yahi humara mool mantra hai. Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar se yog ki shiksha li, aur ab wahi gyaan aap sab ke saath baant rahe hain. Yoga sirf asana nahi, mann-shareer-atma ka mel hai. Kabir Das ji ke shabd yaad rakhte hain - sab shareer alag, lekin jeevatma ek. Hum bas aapke yog ke safar mein saathi hain.
