Our Programs
- Mat Yoga (rooted in Hatha) focuses on building up strength, flexibility, and balance. We bring in props for extra help, so it works for newbies and pros.
- Therapeutic yoga classes use gentle movements, pranayama, and meditation to tackle stress, help you heal, and find that mental clarity. Good if you’re dealing with chronic stuff or just need to slow down.
- Chair yoga for seniors and anyone with mobility concerns, making sure nobody feels left out.
