This is the energy and focus you will find in our classes. I guide students of all levels through a variety of asanas, helping each person find their own strength and balance. This is a glimpse into our daily yoga practice at the Amritam Yoga studio in Noida.
After effort comes rest. An essential part of every class is guided relaxation in Savasana, allowing the body to absorb the benefits of the practice and the mind to find stillness. This is where deep healing and rejuvenation happen.
Yoga is not just on the mat. As I explain here, the food we eat, or 'aahar', is fundamental to our health. I integrate the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda to guide you on how to nourish your body correctly in today's world.

My classes focus on alignment, breath, and Ayurvedic diet principles, ensuring you build strength safely and sustainably. Our Approach
- In-Studio & Online: Our studio in Sector 51, Noida, offers a space for traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, and prop-assisted practice using wall ropes, belts, and blocks. If you cannot visit us, our live interactive sessions ensure you get the same level of verbal cueing and posture correction as in-person students.
- Holistic Wellness: We address aahar (nutrition) and nidra (rest) alongside asana. Our weight management programs are not just about burning calories; they combine dynamic power yoga with Ayurvedic counseling to balance your metabolism.
- Cleansing & Detox: We conduct weekend workshops on Shatkarma—traditional purification practices like Jal Neti and Kunjal Kriya—which are highly effective for managing sinus issues, stress, and acidity.
- A Community, Not a Gym: We are a 'Yog Parivar.' You will see us celebrating festivals together with traditional Havan and events. This community aspect is core to our practice, helping you stay motivated and connected on your journey.
