This is the first thing a potential student sees. It’s a snapshot of my teaching, my philosophy, and the community we've built. I've chosen these to show the heart of my practice: strength, support, and the joy of the journey.
Inversions & Arm Balances: Strength & Control
In these workshops, we build the upper body and core strength needed to safely go upside down. We work on everything from the foundations of headstand (Shirshasana) and crow pose (Bakasana) to handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) drills against the wall, using props to build confidence.
Backbends: Opening the Heart & Spine
This is where we work on safely increasing spinal flexibility and strength. I guide students through poses like Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) and its variations, focusing on proper alignment to open the shoulders and thoracic spine. We use props like walls, blocks, and yoga wheels to make deep backbends accessible.
Hip Opening & Flexibility: Unlocking Your Range of Motion
In these sessions, we move beyond just stretching and focus on drills and asanas that create true freedom in the hips. We work towards poses like Hanumanasana (splits) and Kurmasana (Tortoise Pose) using intelligent sequencing and props. This is for anyone feeling tight in their hips and hamstrings.
Alignment & Props: Building a Safe, Strong Foundation
My teaching is built on four pillars: Mobility, Flexibility, Strength, and Awareness. In this section, you'll see how I use props like chairs, blocks, and belts to break down complex poses and teach correct alignment. This method makes yoga accessible and safe for everyone, preventing injury and building a solid practice.
Online Yoga Shala: Practice With Me from Anywhere
Join our community from the comfort of your home with live online classes via Zoom. I offer a range of batches from Beginners to Intermediate and an advanced Sadhana batch for teachers and experienced practitioners. You get the same detailed guidance and breakdown of poses as you would in a studio.
Workshops, Retreats & Community
My workshops and retreats are for those who want to dive deeper. From local workshops in Mumbai to weekend retreats in nature, these events are a chance to focus on specific skills, connect with fellow yogis, and grow together as a community. It's a family where we all help each other grow on and off the mat.
My Philosophy: The Journey On & Off the Mat
For me, yoga is a way of life that extends far beyond the mat. It’s about consistency, patience, and being a happy practitioner, not a perfect one. Here, I share my personal stories and the core beliefs that guide my teaching, like my mantra: "Be calm and kar kaam" (be calm and do your work).
