Yoga is a journey we take together. Whether you need hands-on support to safely deepen an asana or want to build trust through partner flows, I am here to guide your practice.

I provide hands-on support for a student holding a steady Sirsasana (Headstand).

I assist a student in deepening her Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (One-Legged King Pigeon Pose).

Two students practice partner yoga, one in an inversion and the other in a wall-assisted inversion.

I guide a student in a wall-assisted drop-back, providing support and encouragement.

I assist a student in an outdoor setting to deepen her standing split.

Two students work together in a partner backbend, supporting each other's weight.

I guide a student through a standing drop-back, celebrating her successful attempt.

A fun partner yoga pose, with one student balancing in crow pose on the other's legs.

A mother and daughter practice acro yoga, with the daughter balancing in a folded leaf pose.

A mother and daughter practice a partner pose, building strength and connection.

About Guided Practice & Partner Yoga

I do not just call out poses from the front of the room. My guided practice is hands-on, where I personally spot you for inversions like Sirsasana or assist you in deepening backbends. This approach ensures your alignment is correct so you can explore challenging movements with complete safety and confidence.

Partner yoga brings a different energy to the mat. Practicing with a partner builds trust and opens up new possibilities, allowing you to use each other for support in deep stretches like Eka Pada Rajakapotasana or playful balances. It makes the practice social, communicative, and often, quite fun.

Whether you are practicing solo or with a partner, my core focus is always on your form. If you are struggling with a drop-back or trying to find your balance, I am right there to provide the support you need. I use props like wall ropes, blocks, and chairs to ensure that even if you are just starting out, you can experience the benefits of a deep stretch without the risk of injury. This is not about showing off or performing the hardest pose; it is about building a foundation that makes your body feel strong and your mind feel calm.

If you have been hesitant to try more advanced work because of safety concerns, come by the studio. We will take it step by step. My goal is to ensure you feel capable and supported, not just for the hour you are on the mat, but for the daily life you lead off the mat.
