Whether you want to master a headstand with personal guidance or build trust through partner flows, these sessions are designed to move at your pace.
Guiding a client through Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation. One-on-one sessions are perfect for mastering the fundamentals and ensuring proper alignment.
Practicing Hanuman Dandasan with a partner. This powerful flow builds incredible upper body and back strength, and doing it together adds motivation.
A synchronized Vinyasa flow with a partner. Moving together through poses like Warrior and Skandasana builds a non-verbal connection and shared rhythm.
Exploring Acro Yoga with a partner. This practice combines acrobatics and yoga to build strength, trust, and balance in a dynamic way.
A partner variation of Ustrasana, or Camel Pose. This supported backbend allows for a deeper opening of the chest and heart space.
Assisting a partner in a deep forward fold. This shows how partner work can help you safely explore a greater range of motion and flexibility.
A playful and challenging partner lift that requires core strength and balance from both people. We always find ways to make our practice fun.
Beyond yoga, I also offer fitness training. Here I am working with a client on dynamic lunges and agility drills to build functional strength.

About One-on-One and Partner Yoga
In one-on-one and partner sessions, I move beyond just guiding poses. I bring props like blocks and straps to your home to ensure you get deep, safe adjustments that simply aren't possible in a large group class. We spend time on pranayama and specific alignment cues so you actually feel the benefits in your body instead of just copying shapes.
Why choose private or partner sessions? In a group setting, you are often limited by the pace of the batch. One-on-one sessions are the only way to truly focus on your specific milestones—whether that is recovering from an injury, working on advanced inversions like Sirsasana, or just getting comfortable with the basics. I travel to your home in Bengaluru, bringing the equipment and the experience to you, which saves you the commute and helps you stay consistent.
Partner yoga is about much more than just acrobatics. It builds non-verbal communication and trust. Whether we are practicing a deep forward fold or a supported backbend, having someone there helps you explore a range of motion you might shy away from when practicing solo. It is effective, it is fun, and it is a great way to stay motivated when you need a push.
My approach for both formats is holistic. We always include breathwork (pranayama) and mindful meditation. I track your progress, modify sequences based on your energy levels that day, and ensure you are practicing safely and effectively.
