What To Expect in My Sessions

  • The Foundation: We don’t rush to inversions. We start by learning the roles of the 'base' (the support) and the 'flyer' (the one in the air). You will learn how to provide a stable foundation and how to safely navigate transitions.
  • Safety First: Whether we are practicing at a gym in Gurugram like CaliClan or outdoors in a park, I emphasize spotting techniques. My goal is to ensure you feel secure enough to let go of fear.
  • Strength & Flexibility: This isn't just play; it’s a full-body workout. You’ll build functional strength, core stability, and deep flexibility that you can carry over into your daily life.

Who Is This For?

You don't need to be a gymnast to join. If you are open to trying something new, laughing when you wobble, and learning to trust your own body, you’re ready.
