Yoga for Every Stage of Life

Here at Agastya Yoga, we believe age is no barrier to strength and flexibility. We have students in their 60s, 70s, and even 80s who practice everything from splits to aerial inversions, proving that anyone can start their yoga journey at any time.

Aerial Yoga: Defy Gravity

We use soft hammocks to support your body, allowing you to explore inversions, deep stretches, and flying poses with ease. This practice is fantastic for decompressing the spine, building core strength, and adding a playful element to your yoga routine.

Yoga with Props: Deeper & Safer

We use props like wall ropes, chairs, blocks, wheels, and sticks to help you achieve correct alignment and safely explore challenging poses. Props provide support for beginners and allow advanced practitioners to deepen their stretches and inversions.

Advanced Practice: Build Your Strength

For those looking to deepen their practice, we focus on advanced asanas including arm balances, inversions, and deep backbends. I provide step-by-step guidance to help you build the strength, flexibility, and confidence to master these challenging poses.

Guided Practice & Partner Yoga

Yoga is a journey we take together. I provide hands-on, personal guidance to ensure your safety and alignment, while partner yoga helps build trust, communication, and allows for deeper stretches and playful balances.

Our Community: Energy & Support

Join our vibrant community where we practice and grow together. Our group classes are filled with positive energy, encouragement, and a mix of different yoga styles to keep you motivated on your journey.

Find Your Inner Peace

Our classes are more than just physical postures; they are a path to inner peace (shanti). We always conclude with Savasana (Corpse Pose) and guided meditation to help you relax, reset, and carry a sense of calm with you.

Yoga Flows & Drills

Here you can see various sequences, drills, and poses that we practice in our classes. This includes everything from foundational movements and therapeutic exercises to dynamic flows that link breath with movement.
