Experience Classical Hatha Yoga as designed by Sadhguru. These sessions focus on aligning your body to cosmic geometry, moving beyond simple exercise to profound inner wellbeing.

(Hero Item) Hatha yoga is a process of keeping your entire system fluid and alive, preventing the rigidity that life can impose. This practice is not about forcing the body, but about creating a conducive atmosphere where you can function with the least amount of friction and become fully alive.

I teach Angamardana, a system of yogic fitness that uses your own body weight. True fitness is not about building muscle, but about making the body so capable that it is never an obstacle in your life, whether you wish to climb a mountain or sit in deep meditation.

This is a glimpse into one of our Surya Kriya workshops. You can see participants of all ages and backgrounds engaging in this powerful practice, which is the origin of the sun salutation. All sessions are guided by a certified Isha Hatha Yoga teacher.

Bhuta Shuddhi, or the cleansing of the five elements, is the most fundamental aspect of the yogic process. By purifying the elements within, you gain mastery over your body, life, and destiny. This is not about becoming superhuman, but about realizing that being human is super.

Yogasanas are a way of taking charge of your life. This image shows a practitioner in a spinal twist, a posture that helps transform the body and mind from a block into a passage. Through these asanas, you can begin to rewrite the fundamental information in your system.

Welcome to my Classical Hatha Yogashala, a dedicated home studio in Navi Mumbai. I have created this space to be a place of transformation and wellbeing, where you can connect with the ancient science of yoga in its purest form and cultivate your highest potential.

A core teaching from Sadhguru that I hold close: to live a worthwhile life, one must be conscious of their mortality. This is not to create fear, but to inspire you to make the best of every moment. This is the foundation of why we practice yoga.

I am honored to share this image of a participant from one of our workshops in Ahmednagar. He is an Indian Army colonel who, despite illness and a long journey, showed unwavering dedication. His commitment is a powerful reminder of the human spirit's capacity for transformation.
