Yogic Living and Insights on Health and Diet
Yoga is a technology to align your system with nature. Explore these perspectives on how diet, energy, and inner management affect your physical and psychological wellbeing.
In yoga, we say to chew each morsel of food 24 times. This establishes the food's information in your system, educating every cell on what is right for your body. Over time, you will intuitively know what to eat.
When you wake up, rub your palms together to activate the nerve endings and place them over your eyes. This awakens the whole system, ensuring your body and brain are active before you even get out of bed.
Stress is not a part of you; it is your inability to handle your own system. Whether you are a student, employed, or married, the stress comes from managing a sophisticated system by accident. Yoga is the user's manual.
Manage yourself, not your stress. Stress is your inability to manage your own system, not a result of your work. Everyone from the Prime Minister to the unemployed complains of stress. The issue is internal.
Stress is simply because you do not know how to manage your own system. You are blundering through life with a complex mechanism without understanding it. What is stressful for one, another breezes through.
The left side of the body is associated with the emotional life. If you notice someone's left eye appears smaller, it can be a sign of recent emotional distress. This shows the deep connection between your inner state and physical body.
We are in the month of Margazhi, a time when the Earth is closest to the sun. This is a time for stability, as the sun's gravity has a downward pull on our system. It is an ideal time for sadhana to bring balance.
Your prana, or life energy, determines how your body and mind function. If you take charge of your prana, whatever the external situation, you will remain psychologically balanced.
About Yogic Living: Insights on Health & Diet
You are navigating life using a sophisticated human system without a user's manual, which often leads to stress and physical imbalance. These insights explore how to approach your diet, handle energy, and align your system so that well-being becomes a steady state rather than a reactive outcome.
Our perspective on health is rooted in the idea that yoga is a technology for internal transformation, not merely physical exercise.
The Intelligence of Food We emphasize that the act of eating is about establishing information within your system. By chewing each morsel 24 times, you allow your cells to understand what is compatible with your body. This creates an intuitive wisdom that transcends simple nutritional counting, allowing your body to reject what is not suitable.
Redefining Stress Stress is rarely a product of your external work or life situations. It is a symptom of managing your internal mechanism, including your body, mind, and emotions, accidentally. Whether you are a student or a professional, if you are experiencing stress, it indicates a lack of a clear approach to handling your own system.
Working with Nature We also look at natural cycles, such as the month of Margazhi, to understand how planetary movements impact the human system. By acknowledging these gravitational and energetic shifts, we can adjust our sadhana (spiritual practice) to maintain stability.
Our Approach Based in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, we offer intensive programs like Classical Hatha Yoga, Angamardana, and Surya Kriya. These are not drop-in classes but structured processes designed for individuals who wish to take charge of their own physiology. If you are looking to integrate these practices into your life, our weekend intensive workshops provide the technical instruction necessary for independent home practice, ensuring you have the tools to operate your system with precision.
