This is a glimpse into our in-studio class. I guide students through foundational poses like Plank, focusing on proper alignment and breath control. You will hear me push you because I know you can do it. Don't give up.
A look at our vinyasa flow sequence in a group class. We move with the breath from Upward Facing Dog to Downward Dog and into Warrior poses, building heat, endurance, and focus.
Core work is central to my Power Yoga classes. Here, students are engaged in abdominal crunches, building the strength necessary for more advanced postures and a stable center.
Practice reduces imperfection. In my classes, I often work with students one on one to help them with alignment, as seen here with a supported leg lift exercise to build core and leg strength.
I provide hands-on adjustments to help you safely deepen your stretches and achieve poses you thought were out of reach. Here, I'm assisting a student in our advanced class to work towards a full standing split.
About The Power Yoga Experience: In-Studio Classes
We do not use air conditioning in our studio. We keep the space naturally ventilated because we want you to sweat and feel the actual heat of your practice. This is a 60-minute, intense session where you use props like wall ropes and receive physical posture adjustments directly from me, rather than relying on verbal cues alone.
The Power Yoga Approach
This is not a slow-paced meditation class. My Power Yoga sessions are designed for results. Whether your goal is weight management, building lean muscle, or increasing your daily stamina, this format forces you to show up and work. We move in a high-energy Vinyasa flow, connecting every movement to your breath. You will find yourself practicing foundational moves like Warriors, planks, and downward dogs, with opportunities to level up into arm balances and inversions once you are ready.
The In-Studio Experience
Being in the studio means you are part of a community that pushes each other. You are not just following a video on a screen. When you see the person next to you holding a plank, you find that extra bit of energy to hold yours. We keep the environment focused and use foam blocks, straps, and wall ropes to help you reach deeper stretches safely.

- Schedule: Classes run 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with both morning and evening slots to fit your daily routine.
