We focus on high-energy Vinyasa flows designed to maximize calorie burn, but I keep a close eye on your alignment. In the studio, this means hands-on posture corrections, and online, it means real-time verbal cues to ensure you are safe while you work.
Whether you are here for physical results or professional growth, we have a path for you. Our Power Yoga classes are for those ready to work. Expect high-intensity sequences that build lean muscle and improve flexibility. We do not do easy because change happens when you step out of your comfort zone.
If you are looking for more than a workout, our weekend Yoga Instructor Certification (YIC) program, conducted in partnership with VYASA, gives you the tools to teach others. You get practical experience, a 300-hour comprehensive syllabus, and a dual certification that opens doors to a career in fitness.
If you are joining our studio, know that we value hard work. We do not use air conditioning because we believe in natural perspiration and detoxifying the body. You will find foam blocks, straps, and wall ropes available for alignment drills. For our online members, the requirement is simple: keep your camera on. I need to see your form to provide corrections, just as I would in the studio. Both paths offer access to a standardized nutrition guide to support your weight management journey. If you choose the YIC program, you are signing up for 3 months of rigorous training. We believe in learning by doing, so expect to start teaching practice from the very first day. We provide a balance of traditional yogic philosophy and modern fitness principles, ensuring you are prepared to handle diverse student needs in your future career.
