Showing up on the mat is one thing. Being recognized for the craft is another. Here is a look at the features and publications where I have shared my yoga journey.

A flashback to my feature in TownTrendz Bengaluru magazine. The article discusses yoga for a healthy lifestyle, and I was happy to later see one of my mudra photos used in a book by Sapna Book House.

About As Seen In

Having my work featured in TownTrendz and seeing my mudra captured in a Kannada publication isn't about fame. It is a reminder that this practice helps people. When you join my sessions, you are not just following a video. You are learning from someone who lives the discipline of Power Yoga every day and is dedicated to keeping the technique authentic and effective for you.

Yoga is a lifelong commitment. My journey began as a student struggling with the basics, and it evolved into a mission to teach others. Being recognized in media like TownTrendz Bengaluru or by Sapna Book House for mudra techniques feels good, but my real rewards are the students who show up to my Basaveshwaranagar studio at 6 AM ready to work.

I bring a structured, technical grounding to every Power Yoga class I teach. We do not just flow for the sake of it. We move to burn calories, build lean muscle, and manage stress. My style is direct. If you are struggling, I will guide you. If you are slacking, I will push you. Excuses do not burn calories, and real transformation happens when you commit to the work.

Whether you join my group sessions in Bangalore or sign up for live interactive online classes, the methodology remains the same. It is a mix of Vinyasa flow, breath control, and core strengthening. If you are ready to stop looking for shortcuts and start doing the actual work, I am here to help you get there.
