I believe in safe, progressive practice. Here, I'm providing hands-on support to students in Sirsasana (headstand), ensuring proper alignment to build strength and confidence in their inversions.
We use props like wall ropes to help you explore postures more deeply. This allows for safe spinal decompression and heart-opening backbends, regardless of your current flexibility.
Our practice goes beyond asanas. I often incorporate sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls to help quiet the mind, reduce anxiety, and tune your body to a healing frequency.
Breath is life. I offer dedicated online Pranayama and meditation classes to help you manage stress and energize your mind, accessible from anywhere.
Yoga is a journey inward. My practice, rooted in the traditions of Hatha and Ashtanga, is about finding peace in quiet moments and connecting with your true self.

Beyond the physical asanas, I integrate breathwork (Pranayama) and sound healing sessions into our routine, creating a balanced space that nurtures both your physical fitness and mental peace.
Community & Flexibility
- In-Studio: Experience our vibrant community in Mulund. We run morning and evening batches that emphasize hands-on corrections.
- Online: If you cannot make it to the studio, join our interactive live sessions via Google Meet. I ensure the same level of attention to your alignment through real-time feedback.
- Breath & Meditation: We offer dedicated early morning sessions focusing solely on Pranayama and Dhyana for stress relief and mental clarity.
