If you are joining us, please let me know if you are dealing with specific health concerns like sciatica, slip discs, or blood pressure issues. I place a high emphasis on alignment and safe movement, so I always provide specific modifications to ensure your practice remains restorative and injury-free, whether you are in the studio or practicing with us online.
Our Yoga Practice
At Kaya Yoga Studio, we believe yoga is about finding peace through the body. My teaching approach blends Hatha and Ashtanga elements, where we prioritize breath-led movement over rushing through poses.
In-Studio Sessions (Mulund West)
Our physical shala near Devi Dayal Garden is designed for depth. Here, we use studio-grade props like wall ropes for spinal traction, bolsters, and blocks. These sessions are perfect if you want tactile adjustments and hands-on guidance to fix your alignment.

Live Online Classes
For those who prefer practicing from home, our Google Meet sessions provide a real-time, interactive experience. I focus on verbal cues to help you refine your posture in your own space, making it a great option for maintaining consistency without the commute.
Vayu Pranayama Batch
We also host a dedicated 30-minute online batch specifically for breathwork and meditation. This is a purely seated, quiet practice where we explore techniques like Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom to help clear the mind before your day begins.
