Our shala in Mulund West, near Devi Dayal Garden, is built to be a supportive space for everyone. We keep our class sizes manageable so that I can provide tactile adjustments and ensure your spine is happy and well-aligned. Yoga, agar dekha jaye, is about understanding your body's limits and burning through your resistance in a safe environment. We offer a mix of Hatha and Ashtanga styles, incorporating breathwork and occasional sound healing to help you find balance. Our facilities are fully equipped with studio-grade props, including blocks, bolsters, and belts, all designed to support your practice. Whether you are managing back pain or looking to build strength, we provide the modifications you need. Join us to experience a practice where we sweat, laugh, and grow together as a family.
