People say you don't need to work out when you're almost 50. I say, "Nahi!" Being fit and strong at this age is a different kind of power.

About My Journey: Fit & Fabulous at 50
It’s not about spending hours in the gym or starving yourself. My approach at Dance to Fitness is simple: consistent, energetic group workouts mixed with 'ghar ka khana' nutrition that fits your actual life. Whether you’re juggling work, family, or just trying to reclaim your energy, the goal is to make fitness an addiction you actually enjoy, not a chore you dread.
I spent years watching women put everyone else first, forgetting that you can't pour from an empty cup. That's why I created Dance to Fitness. It’s more than just a workout—it’s a space where you can let go, have a laugh, and sweat it out without judgment.
Why 50 is the New Beginning
Many people think fitness has an expiration date, especially for women. I say, 'Nahi!' Being fit at 50 isn't about having the body you had at 20; it's about having the strength, stamina, and confidence you have right now. It is about showing up for yourself, whether it's through dance cardio, HIIT, or just taking that one hour to breathe and move.
The 'Pagli' Methodology
We don't do boring. My classes are a mix of what your body actually needs:
- Dance Cardio: To get your heart rate up and release those happy hormones.
- Strength & Pilates: To build long-term mobility and core strength.
- Nutrition: Real food only. No supplements, no crash diets. Just sensible portion control using the ingredients you already have in your kitchen.
