We’ve built a true women’s online fitness community. My ‘paglis’ juggle homes, jobs, families, but who looks after mumma? Yeh safar apna hai (this journey is ours). We focus on our own health, together, and always with zero judgement. Consistency, good food, proper sleep, and stress control—that’s the actual formula.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sonia. Two decades back, I ditched my 9-to-5 and started Dance to Fitness just for women. Life’s a full-on mix of family, workouts, and celebrations – you’ll spot me grooving at weddings or sweating it out with my daughter. I’m all about enjoying every moment, whether it’s Pujo hopping or Karwachauth, and being fit enough to rule my own throne (aka, the couch).
My Work
Workouts We Offer - Aerobics for women, Pilates, HIIT, Tabata, Step Aerobics, plus functional and weight training.
Ladies-Only Community - Our studio is just for women. We’re like family, and everyone’s treated like my bacchas.
Holistic Fitness Approach - No crash diets. We focus on customised diet plans for ladies and home-cooked food nutrition.
Flexible Classes - Join online or offline. Fun group workouts, never boring. Plans tailored to you, just show up regularly!
