Whether it is our guided sunrise hikes, the animal flow sessions, or the evening fire ceremonies, you arrive with a suitcase and leave with a clearer head.

These retreats are designed for people who need to step away from the grind to find their balance again. We move past superficial relaxation and get into actual body awakening and energy healing.
The Logistics
We handle the heavy lifting so you don't have to. Every retreat is all-inclusive, covering:

- Stay: Boutique property accommodation on a twin-sharing basis.
- Meals: Full board with healthy vegetarian options to fuel your sessions.
What You Will Actually Do
My collaborator Nikhil and I have structured the days to alternate between high-energy physical work and deep meditative silence:
- Active Mornings: We start with sunrise hikes and sessions focusing on Animal Flow and Spiritual Pilates to wake up the body.
- Adventure: Depending on the location, you will have access to activities like paragliding or nature trekking to get your adrenaline flowing.
- Deep Healing: Evenings are for unwinding. We host Sound Healing sessions using Tibetan bowls and gongs, alongside fire ceremonies and sacred circles to help you release stress.
This is not a vacation where you just sit by a pool. It is an active, soul-searching journey. By the time you head back to the city, you will feel lighter, stronger, and more connected to yourself.
