About Yoga & Mindful Movement
You might be used to fitness centers that only track sets and reps, but here we focus on how you actually feel when you step off the mat. Whether you are trying our Aerial Yoga hammocks for the first time or joining a standard Hatha batch, the goal is to align your body and breath rather than just hitting a standard workout goal. - Aerial Yoga: A fan-favorite using suspended silk hammocks to help you stretch and move with the support of gravity, which is great for decompressing the spine.
- Animal Flow: A fun, ground-based training method that uses quadrupedal movement to boost mobility and coordination.

We provide all the props you need, including blocks, straps, wheels, and hammocks, so you can just show up. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced yogi, my priority is helping you connect with your divine self while getting stronger physically.
