About Yoga as a Lifestyle
Yoga for me is not about checking a box at a gym. It is about taking the calm you find on the mat and integrating it into your daily reality. Whether you are visiting my Munirka studio or joining me online, my focus is always on Pranayama and mindful movement that fits into your actual life, not just your fitness goals.
My story started with a big dream in Munirka and took me from Delhi to Santo Domingo and back. Through it all, yoga has been my anchor. When people tell me they don't have time for yoga, I tell them they are missing the point. It is not about the one hour you spend on the mat. It is about the breathwork, the posture, and the mindset you carry with you after you leave.
Why Practice This Way?
I call my sessions a 'work-in' rather than a 'work-out.' We do not just focus on repetitive poses. We focus on how you feel. My therapy yoga sessions are highly personal, designed specifically for where you are starting from. Whether you are dealing with lower back pain, stress, or just want to feel lighter, we work together to build a routine that is sustainable.
Where We Practice
- At My Munirka Studio: A dedicated space for one-on-one and small group sessions where I can provide hands-on adjustments and use props like blocks and straps.
- Online: Live, direct guidance via video call. I focus on verbal posture correction so you get the same quality of attention as if I were in the room.
- At Your Home: For clients in South Delhi, I bring the practice to your space, ensuring your ergonomics are aligned for healing.
There is no perfect time to start. You do not need to wait until you are flexible, until you have 'enough' time, or until everything feels settled. Start where you are, and we will build from there, one session at a time.
