About Personalized Yoga Therapy
Your yoga practice should feel like it’s made just for you. That’s what I do here at Yogritu. I don’t believe in generic classes. Each session is built around your body, health goals, and even your mood that day. No two people are the same, so why should their yoga be?
How My Approach Works
- I focus on both what hurts (ghutne, kandhe, kamar - knees, shoulders, back) and what you can’t see, like heart or liver health.
- We start with a proper talk so I can understand your full story - body issues, lifestyle, even mental health.
- Your plan is never copy-pasted. Whether it’s patla hona (getting slim), fixing digestion, or managing pain, the routines are always adapted.
- Each session blends asanas, pranayama, mudras, meditation, and sometimes even Pilates or physio-inspired moves. If you can’t sit on the floor, we’ll do it on a chair or bed. No stress.

- Struggling with PCOD, diabetes, thyroid, or BP? I use therapeutic yoga for hormonal balance and organ health.

My Story
Hi, I’m Ritu. Been doing yoga for 30+ years, teaching for 20. I’m 55, but yoga keeps me feeling young, looking younger too! Not a fan of Botox or fillers, I love the real glow yoga gives. Yoga isn’t just old-school, it’s always changing with us. Sure, awards and TV features are nice, but my real joy? When students tell me they healed. That’s what matters. That’s why I teach.
