Standard All-Access Pass (Morning & Evening)
Class Structure
- Schedule: Access to peak morning and evening batches, 6 days a week.
- Training Mix: Rotational routine covering Zumba (dance fitness), Step Aerobics (cardio), and Functional Training.
- Instruction: 100% floor-supervised sessions by lead instructors for form correction (no video classes).
Equipment & Facility
- Cardio Gear: Hard-plastic aerobic steppers for elevation drills and agility cones.
- Strength Tools: Wall-anchored battle ropes for upper body conditioning and wall bars for stretching.
- Studio: Basement setting with wooden laminate flooring for shock absorption and split AC cooling.
Off-Peak Ladies Batch (10:30 AM - 11:30 AM)

- Timing: Dedicated off-peak slot Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
- Demographic: Female-focused group environment, suitable for beginners or those returning to fitness.
- Pacing: Moderate intensity tailored to group stamina, distinct from high-speed evening batches.

- Style: Primary focus on Power Yoga sequences for weight loss, core strength, and flexibility.
- Support: Usage of foam yoga blocks and wall bars to assist with posture depth and balance.

Mere liye, health sabse important hai - your body is the real deal. Kamaai-shohrat (money, fame) sab theek hai, but if you aren't feeling fit, kuch mazaa nahi aata (it’s not fun). At our studio, it's about mind and body. So, bas saans lo... and join in.
Classes That Fit

- Zumba classes for beginners – Full energy, dance, and mazaa (fun). Feels more like a party than a workout. Kabhi trial batch bhi hoti hai (sometimes we do trial batches).
- Aerobics – Old-school, but it works. Steppers, moves, stamina – simple, powerful stuff.
- Strength training classes near me – Functional training, battle ropes, wall bars, weights. Build strength you actually use in daily life.
- Power yoga group sessions – Not just stretching. You’ll sweat, stretch, and get stronger, mentally and physically.

Tumhare sharir se zyada zaroori kuch nahi hai yaar. That’s what we believe at Yog Mantra. We started this place so anyone can walk in, feel at home, and work on their mind and body together. Not just workouts, but fun and creativity too. Kids, women, non-working moms, beginners - sab ke liye (for everyone). We celebrate, we laugh, we push each other. It’s a community, not just a studio.
