About Strength, Core & Aerobics

We do not just play a video and walk away. Our sessions are 100% floor-supervised, meaning an instructor is right there with you, correcting your form on the battle ropes or keeping the rhythm steady during aerobics. We use solid gear like aerobic steppers and wall bars, not just empty mats, to ensure your workout actually builds strength you can use in daily life. If you are tired of mindless gym routines and want a group that pushes you, this is the place to start.

Your Workout, Explained

  • Core Focus: Your core supports everything you do. We mix bodyweight floor exercises with light dumbbells to keep your midsection strong.
