What’s In It For You
- Yoga classes in Gurugram: We do group yoga sessions led by instructors who actually help you fix your pose. You bring your own mat, we sort the rest.
- Zumba group classes: Big energy, loud music, and everyone dancing together. If you want something fun that gets your heart pumping, this is it.
- Dance-based fitness classes: Mix of dance and aerobics, so if you’re not into the typical workout, you’ll still get moving and sweat it out.
The Studio & Coaches
Our indoor group workout sessions happen in a studio with full-length mirrors and non-slip floors. Coaches here aren’t just qualified, they’re actually interested in helping you get better. You’ll get hands-on guidance, not just someone yelling moves from the front.
The Real Deal
Seats fill up pretty quick, so sometimes you might not get your preferred slot. I won’t sugarcoat it - you’ll need to bring your own mat for yoga and be ready to move. If you like working out with others and want actual guidance, you’ll feel at home here.

Hey, we’re MM Multi Sports Academy, right here in Gurgaon. Sports is our jam - badminton, skating, archery, you name it. We saw folks running all over town just to play, so we thought, chalo (let’s go), let’s make it easy. All sports, one spot. Hum Fit To India Fit (If we’re fit, India’s fit), that’s our motto. Just pick your sport and come play, simple as that.
