Whether I am using acupressure for digestion or manual adjustments for a stiff back, my process is entirely guided by anatomy, not just flow. Health, yaar, sabse badi daulat hai (the biggest wealth is your health). Many people come to my studio in Rajouri Garden feeling lost because they have tried everything for their pain, but nothing sticks. The reason is usually simple: they are treating the symptom, not the root cause.

- Dietary Discipline: You can do yoga for one hour, but what you eat for the other 23 hours matters. I give strict, practical advice on what to cut out—be it excess sugar or junk food—to complement our sessions.
