It is not about zoning out; it is about grounding yourself back into balance, whether you are dealing with insomnia or just a foggy mind.
Many people come to me saying they just want to 'relax', but true mental wellness requires active participation. In my F-88 studio in Rajouri Garden, we do not just sit on mats. We use techniques like Tratak Kriya, which is a traditional yogic cleansing practice. By focusing your gaze without blinking, you quiet the internal noise, improve your eyesight, and lower your stress levels.
