Rope Wall Yoga (Kurunta)

My studio features a yoga rope wall, or Yoga Kurunta, an effective tool for deepening your practice. The ropes provide support to help you hold poses longer, achieve better alignment, and safely work on inversions and backbends.

Deep Flexibility & Backbends

I focus on targeted exercises and asanas to safely increase your overall flexibility. We use props like yoga wheels and blocks to support deep backbends and forward folds, helping to release tension and improve your range of motion.

Advanced Asanas: Inversions & Balances

Ready to push your limits? I provide personal training for advanced poses like headstands, arm balances, and complex sequences to help you safely build strength, control, and mental focus.

Group & Kids Classes

Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age. My group classes offer a supportive community atmosphere, while my kids' yoga sessions focus on building confidence, flexibility, and body awareness in a fun, playful environment.
