Yoga Training Highlights and Practice Moments
A look at the energy and discipline behind my sessions. From mastering deep stretches to using prop-assisted alignment, see how we build strength and balance.
This is Mayurasana, or the Peacock Pose, performed by the Ganga in Rishikesh. It's an advanced arm balance that builds serious core and shoulder strength while improving digestion and focus.
With the right guidance and hard work, you can achieve poses you never thought possible. Here, I am assisting a student with a deep backbend inversion, using a yoga wheel for support to ensure proper alignment and safety.
Yoga is also about connection and community. My group classes are a space to share energy, laughter, and support each other's progress, like in this group boat pose variation.
My studio is equipped with tools to enhance your practice. Here, students use a yoga rope wall (kurunta) for a supported plank and a stool for a deep, assisted backbend, showing how props can help create balance and strength.
This video shows a dynamic flow from a handstand into a full wheel pose (Chakrasana) and back. This sequence demonstrates the balance, strength, and flexibility we work on in my power yoga classes.
Hanumanasana, or the full split, is a deep stretch that opens the hips and hamstrings. Practicing this asana outdoors helps connect the body's energy with the stillness of nature.
I guide students of all ages and levels. Here, I'm helping a young student safely deepen her forward fold using props, which helps improve flexibility and body awareness from an early age.
About Featured
In these sessions, I focus on the principle that 'yog se bhage rog hai' (diseases run from yoga). Whether you are using our studio’s rope wall for spinal traction or working through a power flow to build core strength, I provide hands-on adjustments to ensure every movement is safe, effective, and tailored to your body's needs.
My Approach to Practice
My method blends Power Yoga for fitness with Iyengar-inspired alignment drills. It is not just about extreme flexibility; it is about 'urja' (energy) and mental clarity. I believe that fitness should be a sustainable journey, not a chore.
The Space & Tools
At my Amba Tower studio in Rohini, we use specialized props like yoga wheels, blocks, and the Yoga Kurunta (rope wall). These are essential for deepening your practice safely. If you are struggling with a deep backbend or need to work on inversions without strain, the rope wall provides the necessary support to hold poses longer and correct your posture.
Therapeutic & Personalized Training
I work with specific wellness goals, including PCOD relief, knee pain, and back issues. We use therapeutic asanas that combine breathwork with controlled physical movement.
For those who prefer not to commute, I offer live, two-way online sessions. I monitor your camera feed in real-time to correct your micro-movements, just as I would in the studio.
Community & Growth
Yoga is often better when shared. My small group batches are restricted to 8-12 people, ensuring I can give everyone the attention they need. Whether you are a child learning basic stretches or an adult working on advanced arm balances like Mayurasana, the goal remains the same: progress, not perfection. Uthao, uth (get up, get up) and let us start your practice.
