This video shows a flow from a headstand (Sirsasana) into a scorpion pose variation. This advanced sequence requires significant core control, back flexibility, and shoulder stability.

This is an advanced variation of Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose), requiring deep back flexibility and balance. Yoga is a balance of holding on and letting go.

A variation of the headstand where the back is deeply arched. This pose combines the challenges of an inversion with the benefits of a deep backbend.
