Yoga turned my struggle into strength. This is my personal practice, the philosophy that grounds me, and the discipline that helps my students find their own balance.

"Tu apni khoobiyan dhoond, kyunki khamiyan nikalne ke liye toh log hain na." Find your own strengths, because others are there to find your flaws. A little motivation while I set up for my online class.

Surrendering everything to God, embracing His plan, and trusting in His will, even when it's unclear or difficult. My yoga practice is my prayer.

In this interview at Utpal Shanghvi Global School, I share my 20-year yoga journey. I talk about how yoga is a union of body, mind, and soul, and how it helps us physically, mentally, and spiritually.

This is my responsibility: my words, my behavior, my actions, my efforts, my mistakes, and my ideas. Taking ownership of my life, on and off the mat.

"Yogash chitta vritti nirodhah." This sutra from Patanjali means yoga is the calming of the fluctuations of the mind. This is the ultimate goal of our practice.

According to Lord Krishna, Moksha (liberation) is the ultimate goal, attained by following the path of yoga. It is a holistic approach to harmonizing body, mind, and spirit.

Finding balance amidst the chaos. A moment of self-practice and reflection, moving from Tree Pose to a standing split.

"Nothing great in the world has ever been accomplished without passion." Yoga is my passion. What's yours?

Take some time off to unwind. Here I am practicing Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana, a balancing pose that requires immense focus and helps to quiet the mind.

My yoga practice at sacred sites like the Trimbakeshwar and Nageshwar Jyotirlinga temples. Connecting with spirituality is an integral part of my journey.

About My Yoga Journey

If you are looking for a quick fix, my yoga classes probably aren't for you. I teach consistency. Whether we are using ropes for alignment or flow for stamina, the goal is always the same: building a practice that lasts long after you leave the mat. Come for the physical training, stay because you finally feel the change in your own body.
