Yoga isn't just about poses on a mat. It’s about growing, traveling, and finding balance in both mind and body. Come see how my own practice evolved.

My journey to becoming an advanced yoga teacher took me to Mysuru, the yoga city of India. This video shares a glimpse into my 300-hour training at Samyak Yoga, where I deepened my understanding of asanas, philosophy, and the true meaning of yoga beyond the mat.

A compilation of moments from International Yoga Day. This day is a celebration of health and happiness, and I am so grateful to be able to share my love for yoga with so many people.

While traveling, a little stretch is a must to relieve stiffness. Here I am using a railing for a standing split variation, enjoying the fresh mountain air and the beautiful view.

About My Yoga Journey

My journey into yoga took me all the way to Mysuru for my 300-hour advanced training, but the real transformation happened when I started teaching. I used to be terrified of inversions, yet now I find my calm in them. It taught me that fitness is less about hitting perfect poses and more about showing up for yourself, even when you are traveling or just squeezed into a busy day at home.
