Yoga is also about play and connection. My special weekend workshops, including Aerial Yoga and Partner Yoga, are designed to challenge you in new ways, build trust, and foster a sense of community and fun. It’s a chance to fly, connect, and laugh together.

My Yoga Journey
For me, yoga is a way of life. It is my strength, my peace, and my passion. This is a personal collection of my own practice, my thoughts on the philosophy of yoga, and the motivational words that keep me and my yogis going.
Yoga for Every Body
I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or flexibility. Using props like blocks, wheels, chairs, and ropes, inspired by the Iyengar tradition, we make asanas safe, accessible, and more effective for every single person.
