About The YogSadhana Family
When you join my sessions in Andheri West, you are not just getting a teacher, you are becoming part of a community. What we do together
Every batch is a mix of students at different stages. I use tools like stability chairs, ropes, and blocks to ensure that whether you are dealing with a stiff back or looking to master a headstand, you are practicing safely. My classes are structured to help you build stamina, lose weight, and manage health concerns like diabetes or thyroid issues.

We do more than asanas. From celebrating Guru Purnima and International Yoga Day together to taking our practice to the beach, these moments build the bond that makes us a family. It is this support system that helps you stay consistent, which is the only real secret to results.
