Sound Meditation and Healing Sessions in Bengaluru
Experience the transformative power of sound. I combine Nada Yoga, Tibetan singing bowls, and deep breathwork to help you reset your nervous system and find mental clarity.
I believe that aligning ourselves with nature and divine sounds can reconnect us to our own presence. Here, on a quiet cliffside, the vibrations of a single singing bowl echo the vastness of the landscape, offering a moment of profound peace and balance.
This is the heart of my practice: a private sound healing session. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls do their work. I place the bowls on and around the body to provide a sonic massage that helps release tension and restore harmony from within.
There is a unique power in collective healing. This video shows one of my larger group sound baths, where participants rest in Savasana, absorbing the resonant frequencies. The shared experience in such a space often amplifies the sense of peace and connection for everyone involved.
The handpan is one of the many instruments I use to create a meditative soundscape. Its soothing, melodic tones are perfect for fostering emotional expression and a sense of tranquility. Each note is played with intention to guide you toward a peaceful state.
Understanding why sound works is an important part of my practice. In this video, I explain how healing frequencies help synchronize the brain's hemispheres and harmonize our body's energy centers, or chakras, leading to a calmer, more balanced state of mind.
I also bring the benefits of sound meditation to the workplace. This corporate wellness session was designed to help employees rejuvenate and refocus amidst demanding schedules. It's a practical way to reduce stress and cultivate harmony within a team.
My journey has taken me to incredible places, like this riverside in the mountains, to deepen my connection with sound. This same dedication is what I bring to my Sound Meditation Certification Courses, where I guide others to become facilitators of this healing art.
About this collection
You do not need to know how to meditate to attend. In these sessions, you simply lie down on a mat, and I use a combination of 7-piece Tibetan Chakra bowl sets, quartz crystal bowls, and symphonic gongs to create an environment where your brain naturally shifts into a deep state of rest. Whether you visit my studio in New Tippasandra or Basavanagudi, the focus remains on tactile, sensory healing that helps you disconnect from the noise of daily life.
How Sound Healing Works
My practice is built on the principles of Nada Yoga, the ancient science of sound. We are vibratory beings, and when your body is under stress, these vibrations become erratic. By exposing your system to specific frequencies—generated by hand-picked Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs—we encourage entrainment. This is the physiological process where your brain waves synchronize with the external sound, effectively lowering stress and helping you reach Theta or Delta states that are otherwise hard to access in a busy city like Bengaluru.
Your Session Options
I host a range of experiences tailored to different needs:
- Group Sound Baths: These are 60-minute shared experiences (8-15 people) held in naturally ventilated studios. We begin with 5-10 minutes of Pranayama to ready the body, followed by 45 minutes of acoustic immersion. It is a collective journey perfect for resetting at the end of a busy week.
- 1-on-1 Sonic Therapy: For those dealing with specific pain or high anxiety, I offer a 75-minute private session. This includes a 15-minute consultation to identify your focus areas. We use vibro-acoustic massage, where heavier Tibetan bowls are placed directly on your body to target tension in the chest, solar plexus, or back.
- Private Group Bookings: If you want a session for a small group of friends or family (up to 4 people), I offer exclusive studio access with flexible scheduling and an interactive introduction to the instruments.
Our Approach
I do not believe in forcing relaxation. My role is to set the space, provide the tools, and let the instruments do the work. You might feel lighter, you might fall asleep, or emotions may surface—all of this is a normal part of the process. I also conduct teacher training courses for those looking to facilitate this healing for others, covering everything from instrument handling to the science of resonance.
