During a session, I often move around the room, bringing the healing vibrations of the bowls closer to you. This personal approach helps to deepen the experience, allowing the sound to work on specific energy centers.

About this collection
You do not need prior experience to join these sessions. Whether you are coming for a full moon sound bath or a gentle Hatha class, the most important thing is simply showing up. My approach is to move you from the busyness of the day into a state of deep rest, using vibrations that reach places words often cannot.
My work is rooted in the belief that sound is a bridge to stillness. At my studios in Juhu and Sanpada, I host a variety of experiences, from group sound baths to more intimate private therapy.
The Practice
I use a carefully curated set of instruments, including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tingsha, and tongue drums. For those who want something different, we explore unique formats like floating sound baths where you are suspended in an aerial hammock, or sessions that combine Tratak (candle gazing) with sound to sharpen focus. Each session is designed to help you release the physical and mental stiffness of city life.
Where We Meet
- Anaahat (Juhu, Mumbai): My primary space for sound healing and Hatha yoga.
- Yog with Sushmita (Sanpada, Navi Mumbai): My dedicated studio for personal and group practices.
- On-Site/Corporate: I also take these practices to office spaces, helping teams find a moment of calm during the workday to boost concentration and well-being.
What to Expect
Each session begins with a grounding phase—sometimes light Hatha stretches to release physical tension, other times breathwork to settle the mind. From there, we transition into the sound bath, where you simply lie down on a mat with an eye mask and listen. The sounds do the work. Whether you are looking to balance your chakras, deepen your meditation, or just get some quality sleep, these sessions are held in a safe, non-judgmental space.
