Our Community in Practice
Yoga is a path we walk together. This space captures the energy of our shared journey—from intensive workshops at the Garden of Samskaras to the collective growth we find on the mat.
"We believe." This simple phrase speaks to the guiding philosophy that unites us. Our core principles act as a compass, leading us collectively toward a greater purpose on this shared journey.
Information becomes knowledge only when you start applying it. This clip from one of our workshops shows our community in action, transforming teachings into lived experience on the mat.
"The goal of life is self-realization." This quote from Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati inspires our community. We gather to support each other on this path of reflection and growth.
Being a beginner is hard, but you are not alone. In our classes, we create a supportive space where everyone can learn new movement patterns with grace and time, knowing they are part of a community.
Yoga is for everyone, from every background and every walk of life. Our community is a testament to the universal appeal of this practice for connection and well-being.
A recap of a month filled with learning and growth. We are truly grateful for our dedicated students who take the time to learn new skills, from gross to subtle, in our workshops.
We had the honor of conducting a corporate yoga session for nearly 200 employees at Novo Nordisk for World Obesity Week. It was an enriching experience to share the power of yoga with a wider community.
About this collection
We believe that consistent practice happens best when you have a community to support you. Whether it is an early morning Hatha session or a technical workshop on biomechanics, our goal is to help you move from simply gathering information from books or videos to truly living the knowledge in your own body.
There is a shift that happens when you step out of your solo practice and into a shared space. It is not just about the energy of the group; it is about the accountability, the shared challenges, and the permission to be a beginner again.
Our sessions at the Garden of Samskaras in Whitefield are designed to facilitate this. We keep our batches intimate, which allows for real, hands-on adjustments. This isn't about perfectly performing a pose for a photo; it is about learning how your body moves, how to use props to build stability, and how to stay safe while challenging your limits.
When we work on things like Hanumanasana or Pranayama, the focus is on the long-term process, not the immediate result. You might see us laughing through the difficulty of a drill or sitting in silence during a philosophy discussion. That is the work. It is raw, it is messy at times, and it is entirely necessary for genuine growth. If you are looking for a space to deepen your Sadhana alongside others who are also walking this path, you are welcome to join us.
Pratyaksha Yoga
Yashwanth started this path on his own mat, but soon realized the true value lay in sharing the journey. We are a small, dedicated group here to help you uncover the potential that already exists within you, rather than just teaching you poses.
